MagniLearn, an Israeli intelligent language learning platform, has partnered with BELT English, a leading Korean education company, to integrate its AI learning platform across schools in South Korea.

According to a press note, the two companies joined forces in July last year and integrated MagniLearn’s AI learning platform in Seoul, Bundang, and Ulsan. Following this successful collaboration and the new agreement, 100% personalized AI-driven English learning will be distributed across hundreds of schools across the country.

“With Korea’s charter for education based on digital technologies and cognitive science theories, this collaboration is a perfect fit,” said MagniLearn CEO Lana Tockus.

As part of the partnership, MagniLearn’s intelligent language learning technology will be offered in Korean schools starting this year and will allow them to facilitate personalized, data-driven online English learning that follows the international standard for language capabilities Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR).

“MagniLearn’s deep AI-driven technology allows our schools to utilize cutting edge methodologies, learning insights, and fully personalized lessons,” CEO of BELT English in Korea Danny Lee said.

Founded in 2019 by Ari Rappoport and Lana Tockus, MagniLearn is an AI-centric language learning platform that provides students with individualized lessons based on their progress. The company partners with schools worldwide, empowering them to efficiently and rapidly improve language learning productivity through its customized and personalized online learning platform.

MagniLearn provides a hybrid, efficient English learning platform based on a flexible content model which allows users to easily adapt to any school curriculum and automatically create lessons that match the student’s strengths and weaknesses. MagniLearn’s unique linguistic engine dynamically generates tailor-made online lessons consisting of free-form exercises for each student, based on their proficiency and according to their school’s curriculum. The students become active learners, receiving precise feedback that constantly improves their performance.

Jerusalem-headquartered MagniLearn has raised a $2.8 million seed funding round in October 2021 led by crowdfunding platform OurCrowd’s incubator Labs/02 and India’s Reliance Industries, with participation from the Israeli Innovation Authority and a number of private investors.
