The pay plan will be modified annually according to the company’s HR strategy.
The contract appointment will initially be for a term of 3 years and can be extended on the basis of year-on-year results for further duration.
Candidates who appeared on an earlier interview in DICDL for the above-mentioned posts do not need to submit their applications again.
Any selection/appointment canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or getting in political or other outside power shall be a disqualification.
