Taiwanese smartphone major HTC is making a comeback to the smartphone market. The company has launched its latest HTC Wildfire E3 smartphone in Russia, which comes as a budget offering from the company. The new HTC Wildfire E3 comes with a quad rear camera and a waterdrop-style notch. It comes with a 4,000mAh battery and has been launched in two colour options. The prices for the HTC Wildfire E3 have not been revealed yet, but reports suggest that the smartphone could be priced at around EUR 150 (roughly Rs 13,000) onwards. There is also no word about the international availability of the HTC Wildfire E3.

The HTC Wildfire E3 runs on Android 10 out of the box and features a 6.5-inch HD+ IPS display that has a claimed 88 percent screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset and is paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage, that is expandable to a further 128GB via a micro-SD card slot. There is a quad rear camera on the HTC Wildfire E3 which includes a 13-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, users get a 13-megapixel front camera.

In terms of connectivity, the HTC Wildfire E3 includes a dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB type-C port. The sensors on the phone include ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, e-compass, and a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.
