My breakfast: I like to begin my day with a bowl of fruits and some form of protein. I generally have 2 scoops of protein powder with water.

My lunch: 2-3 small chapatis with any vegetable sabzi, salad (1 cucumber+1 carrot) and a glass of buttermilk.

My dinner: Usually something light like dal-rice or khichdi.

Pre-workout meal: Nothing

Post-workout meal: Two scoops of protein powder (in water) plus one apple/banana.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I like eating homemade delicacies and load up on some carbs. Idli/ Batata vada/ dosa/ pav bhaji are some of my favourite things to have.
