Teachmint Acquires ERP Platform MyClassCampus To Strengthen Its Offerings For Institutions Globally

India’s fastest growing online teaching platform, Teachmint has acquired MyClassCampus, an educational enterprise resource planning software, which enables campuses with end-to-end digitisation of their operations, management and communication.
With this acquisition, Teachmint expands its offerings for schools & institutes by combining a deep ERP software with its own state-of-the-art Learning Management System.
The latest deal marks Teachmint’s fourth acquisition since December. The company had previously acquired Teachmore, Teachee’s India team and Airlearn.
Founded in 2017 by Rachit Dave, Rutvij Vora and Raj Kothari, MyClassCampus is a campus management solution, which enables schools, colleges and coaching centers to digitize all their operations from online admissions, HR (human resource) and payroll management, performance management to communication management among many other functions.
Since its inception, the company claims to have served over 1,500 institutes and more than 2 million students across 30 countries.
Announcing the acquisition, Co-founder and CEO of Teachmint, Mihir Gupta, said, “We are extremely excited about joining forces with the highly passionate and experienced team of MyClassCampus. Teachmint, co-founded in May 2020 by Mihir Gupta, Payoj Jain, Divyansh Bordia and Anshuman Kumar – alumni of IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi, focuses on tutor-student interaction, providing mobile-first and video-first teaching platforms to assist teachers in digitizing their classrooms. The platform is used in over 5000 cities and towns across the country and has over 10 lakh teachers on its platform. It is available in over 15 Indian and worldwide languages in addition to English.

Over the last few months, Teachmint has deepened its engagements with multiple growing EdTech start-ups across Asia, including Bangladesh-based Shikho and Ostad, as well as Malaysian EdTech Pandai.
Teachmint had last raised $78 million in its Series B funding round led by Rocketship.vc and Vulcan Capital in October this year. Prior to that, the online tutoring platform had raised $20 million (INR 149.4 crore) in a pre-Series B funding round led by global EdTech-focused VC firm Learn Capital in July 2021. To date, the company has raised $118 million.
