;Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh (PGIMER) has invited applications for the posts of senior residents (Non-academic) at www.pgimer.edu.in. There are 11 vacant posts available in different specialities like Anaesthesia, Biochemistry, ENT, General Surgery, Haematology, Internal Medicine, Obst. & Gynae and Ophthalmology. The shortlisted candidates will be appointed purely on a contract basis for a period of one year. Applicants meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria can appear for the PGIMER walk-in-interview. It is scheduled to be conducted on March 8 at 2.30 pm at PGIMER.
PGIMER Senior residents recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must possess MD/MS degree in the relevant field from any MCI recognised university.
- Applicants must be registered with the Central /State Medical Council.
- Age limit: One should not exceed the age of 40 years on the last date of receipt of the application.

The application form for PGIMER Senior residents recruitment 2021 is provided along with the advertisement. Candidates need to take a print out of it and fill in the required details and submit to the PGIMER recruitment cell on the day of interview till 10 am. The official statement reads, “The candidates willing to appear in the above said walk-in-interview must submit their brief bio-data (in triplicate) on the proforma attached at Annexure ‘A’ along with the certificate of age, qualification, experience and caste on 08.03.2021 till 10:00 AM in the Recruitment Cell positively.”
