The phone’s siblings, the regular Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro, went on sale in the country earlier this week. The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max price in India starts at Rs 18,999 for the base 6GB + 64GB model and goes up to Rs 19,999 for the 6GB + 128GB option. The top model of 8GB RAM and 128GB carries a price tag of Rs 21,999. Xiaomi is offering sale deals such as Rs 1,500 instant discount with ICICI Bank credit cards. Customers purchasing the smartphone from Mi.com can get Mi WiFi Smart Speaker at Rs 1,999. Amazon is offering a no-cost EMI payment mode with select cards.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro Max’ main display has a hole-punch cutout while the rear panel has a distinct rectangular module, housing the quad cameras, Ambient sensor, and LED flash. The smartphone comes in Dark Night, Vintage Bronze, and Glacial Blue colour options and sports a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max packs the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset, paired with Adreno 618 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The onboard storage is expandable up to 512GB with a dedicated microSD slot. It ships with Android 11-based MIUI 12 out-of-the-box, and the phone will “soon” get the MIUI 12.5 via an OTA update. The quad rear camera setup on the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max includes a 108-megapixel primary ISOCELL HM2 sensor by Samsung for detailed HDR pictures. The camera setup also includes a 5-megapixel super-macro camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. Redmi has expanded its product portfolio in India with the launch of the Redmi Smart TV X Series. The new series offers smart TVs in three sizes — 50-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch with 4K panel and DTS Virtual:X sound technology.

Redmi Smart TV X50 comes with a price tag of Rs 32,999. The Redmi Smart TV X55 and Redmi Smart TV X65 can be purchased at Rs 38,999 and Rs 57,999, respectively.

Redmi TV: Key specifications
Redmi Smart TV X series TVs come with a 4k panel display with 3840x2160pixel resolution. The TVs offer display features like Dolby Vision, HDR 10+ support, Reality Flow and Vivid Picture Engine.
The TVs have an audio output of 30watt and are equipped with sound technologies like DTS Virtual: X, DTS-HD, Dolby Audio and Dolby Atmos Pass through via e-ARC. The new TVs come powered by a 64 bit quad-core A55 CPU paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage.
Redmi TVs come with the latest version of Patchwall with features such as Universal Search, Kids Mode, Smart Recommendations and Live TV. The devices run on Android TV 10 operating system.
For connectivity, the TVs offer three HDMI 2.1 ports, one eARC port, two USB ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack and an ethernet port. For wireless connections, the TVs feature Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band WiFi.

Chinese consumer electronics giant Xiaomi today expanded its Redmi smartphone lineup with the launch of the Redmi Note 10 series.
At the launch event, Xiaomi India MD Manu Kumar Jain hinted what the next product the company is planning to launch under the Redmi series.
As per a small clip shown at the end of the Redmi Note 10 series launch live stream, Xiaomi will soon launch a Redmi-branded TV in India.
“Last year, our Redmi brand took a huge step forward towards its journey into new categories,” Jain said during the event. “We began our phone-plus strategy and we launched many new product categories such as power banks, TWS, and the fitness band. And this year, in 2021, we are proud to introduce something bigger.”
In its home country, Xiaomi has a handful of models under the Redmi lineup. The most-recent Redmi TV from Xiaomi was an 86-inch Ultra HD TV that was launched last month.
