Self-Discovery, Employability Platform GENLEAP Raises INR 60 Cr From Marquee Investors

India’s first DNA-based self-discovery, upskilling and employability platform, GENLEAP announced that it has raised INR 60 Crores (~USD 8.1M) in its seed round from marquee investors.

The round was backed by investors like Vivek Vaidya of Super(set) startup studio; Kevin Donlon, Managing Member, Stono River Partners LLC; Mike Holland (personal capacity), Neeraj Bansal (Partner with big 4 firms); Ayush Singh, President & CEO- Restech Global; Mohit Juneja, Director, Mas Infratech Pvt Ltd; Rashed Mahmood, CEO & Director, Dipon Group; and many more.

Founded in 2021 by Sachin Sandhir, Nimish Gupta, Nitin Thakur & Shweta Kataria, the Gurugram-based startup enables people to discover their unique qualities, like personality, talent, interests and connects them to relevant partners for nurturing and development, be it hobbies, life skills or careers, so that they live a purposeful and fulfilled life.

GENLEAP is on a mission to help people leverage their inherent talent and give them the right environment so that they accomplish the best version of themselves.

The next generation of talent is matched to the future of jobs and employers by harnessing an ecosystem of skilling partners. The startup uses insights from self-discovery to connect aspirants to an ecosystem of schools, colleges, ed- tech and career tech platforms and finally employers – channelizing the right talent with relevant upskilling to make them happy and efficient people.

The platform’s proprietary assessments are based on a unique triangulation utilizing a person’s Genomics, Psychometrics, and Cognitive Astromancy leading to the discovery of an individual’s natural disposition and nurturing potential.

With path-breaking research and innovation at the fore, GENLEAP has partnered with Karmagenes (Switzerland) to pursue further pioneering research in the use of genomics and genetic psychology to augment its offering in self-discovery.
